Our founder, Dave, has worked in the industry for over fourteen years. His journey began in 2009, after graduating from the University of St. Thomas. A friend introduced him to a local company, where he began as a canvasser. Dave enjoyed setting his own schedule, working outdoors, and meeting new people. He quickly found success, moving into leadership roles and eventually helping grow a multi-million-dollar business while serving thousands of homeowners along the way. 

 

When the company was later acquired by private equity, Dave witnessed a shift away from the customer-first approach that was the cornerstone of success for so many years. Realizing something different was needed, he launched Cornerstone Windows & Doors LLC.
